審査員長

マシュー・J・ウィルソン（Matthew J. Wilson）先生

プロフィール テンプル大学ジャパンキャンパス学長、法務博士米国アクロン大学学長・法学部長・教授、米国ミズーリ・ウェスタン州立大学学長を歴任、2020年9月より現職。テンプル大学は米国ペンシルベニア州立の総合大学で、その日本校であるテンプル大学ジャパンキャンパスは1982年東京に開校し、現在大学学部課程や大学院、ロースクールなど7つのプログラムを有する。法律家として、米国および日本で多国籍企業の法律顧問通商取引訴訟、知的財産権、国際法、企業間取引などに従事。米国フロリダ州の弁護士資格を有し、国際法が専門。年慶熙大学校（韓国）、名古屋大学、神戸大学、河南大学（中国）客員教授。 出場者へのメッセージ As a university president and international lawyer, I am so encouraged and inspired by junior high and high school students who actively engage in English language learning and problem-solving activities. As participants in the Change Maker awards competition, you possess the potential to make a meaningful impact on the world around you. Your enthusiasm for learning and desire to generate positive change are truly commendable. I applaud your efforts in taking proactive steps to address the challenges we face, and I am very excited to witness the incredible projects and ideas that participants will present throughout this competition. It is important to recognize that the path of a change maker is not always easy or smooth. It requires determination, perseverance, and the ability to overcome obstacles along the way. Never give up! It is through these challenges that you will grow and develop into a stronger person. Embrace the opportunities that lie ahead. ●工藤 洋路 先生

プロフィール 玉川大学文学部英語教育学科教授。 東京外国語大学卒業、同大学院修士課程・博士課程修了（学術博士）。 私立の高校教員や大学講師等を経て現職。 専門は英語教育学。特に中学生・高校生に対する指導法や英語の評価方法等について研究。 中学校英語検定教科書NEW CROWN（三省堂）の編集委員。 NHK Eテレの英語番組『知りたガールと学ボーイ』に講師として出演（2019年度～2021年度）。 NHK ラジオ高校講座『英語表現Ⅰ』の講師（2017年度～今年度） 出場者へのメッセージ I would like all of you to confidently share with us the projects you have devotedly worked on and the ideas you have created using your imagination. I am looking forward to the presentations of all of you who are becoming changemakers.

 

●アルカンタラ・ライラーニ・ライネサ（ALCANTARA Lailani L）先生

プロフィール 立命館アジア太平洋大学（APU）国際経営学部長・経営管理研究科長・学校法人立命館理事。筑波大学で経営学の博士号を取得し、2010年にAPUに入職、2021年より国際経営学部初の女性学部長。学部長としての役割に加えて、ダイバーシティとインクルージョンを教育、研究、実践で促進するCenter for Inclusive Leadershipの創設者兼マネージングディレクターを兼務。ビジネススクールの最大の国際的な認定機関であるAssociation to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business（AACSB）の理事会メンバー、Association of Asia Pacific Business Schools（AAPBS）の評議会メンバー。 出場者へのメッセージ Never underestimate the power you possess to make an impact. Embrace the opportunity to be the catalyst for change. Remember, it all begins with you.

 

●コチュ・オヤ 氏

プロフィール 株式会社Oyraa・代表取締役社長。 東京大学大学院（精密工学）を卒業後ボストンコンサルティンググループ（BCG）に入社し、大手企業の経営・戦略課題に取り組む。言語の壁で困っている個人を助けるサービスがないことに違和感を持ち、個人でも簡単に通訳者を呼び出せるマッチングプラットフォーム（遠隔通訳アプリ）を作るためにBCGを退職し、株式会社Oyraaを創業。内閣府のクールジャパン戦略や知的財産戦略、2025年大阪関西万博日本館政府出展検討会などのプロジェクトに就任。外国人雇用協議会の理事を務める。最近は、新宿区多文化共生まちづくり会に就任。４ヶ国語話せる（トルコ語、英語、日本語、ドイツ語）。 出場者へのメッセージ As an entrepreneur and your fellow change maker, I’m thrilled to welcome you to the Change Maker Awards. ●高橋 敏之 氏（The Japan Times α賞審査員）

プロフィール 株式会社ジャパンタイムズ出版 編集長。 学習に特化した週刊英字新聞『The Japan Times Alpha』編集長。慶應義塾大学卒業後、英語講師、英語教材編集者を経て、2007 年にジャパンタイムズ入社。2012 年10 月より現職。本職の傍ら、英語学習や英字新聞活用法などに関する講演も多数実施。TOEIC 990 点、英検１級、動物検定３級。著書『英語 最後の学習法』（ジャパンタイムズ出版）。 出場者へのメッセージ 皆さんが持っている社会に対する問題意識をどのように掘り下げ、それをどんな言葉で表現するのか楽しみにしています。

 

●及川 秀昭 氏（Global Link賞審査員）

プロフィール 株式会社JTB 企画開発プロデュースセンター、Global Link 実行委員会 日本事務局長。 株式会社JTB入社後、教育事業に従事。2016年～中国上海駐在帰国後、JTB国際交流センターにてGlobal Linkを初めとしたグローバル教育プログラムの企画運営に従事。 現職にてSDGs・探究学習を軸とした教育プログラム企画開発を担務。 出場者へのメッセージ みなさんがこれまでに探究や研究をしてきた成果を、存分に披露してください。チェンジメーカーへの第一歩を踏み出す場として、豊かな発想やアイデアに触れられることを楽しみにしています。

●長谷部 真奈見 氏

プロフィール 株式会社FinCube 代表取締役、経済キャスター。 慶應義塾大学法学部法律学科卒業後、米JPモルガン証券株式会社に入社。投資銀行部門にてM&A（企業の合併・買収）に従事。NY本社勤務中「9.11世界同時多発テロ事件」に遭遇したことをきっかけにジャーナリズムの道を目指しテレビ局に入社。報道番組の記者兼キャスターを務め、現在は金融経済番組のキャスター、ファイナンシャルプランナーとしてメディアに出演中。高校時代は米国へ留学し、オレゴン州イーグルポイントハイスクール卒業。 出場者へのメッセージ I’m always moved by the passion, innovative ideas, and enthusiastic presentations of the participants in this contest. 今年も皆さんのチャレンジを楽しみにしています！会場でお会いしましょう！
